John Allison is the founder of holistic wellbeing service Motion to Mind™ and urban physical adventure StreetGym®. John has been working as a wellbeing consultant for many years and developed Stress Injury Prevention Training™ (SIPT™), a modular program for employers and employees.
John spent 24 years in the British Army, specialising in bomb disposal, counter-terrorist search and weapons intelligence. He frequently found himself training for and operating in high threat, high-pressure environments. This experience informs much of the work he does today. He has a wealth of public speaking experience and specialises in mental fitness, resilience, stress injury prevention and outdoor physical activity for body and mind.
