Sarwat Tasneem is the founder of 14-Consulting, a social enterprise advising organisations internationally, in creating healthy, diverse, inclusive working cultures.


She trained and worked as an interior architect within the corporate sector consulting in thought leadership for global practices. This experience is the foundation of her retraining and work in Behavioural Change across EMEA.


With her 20 years experience, she has become a regular speaker and facilitator on psychology and environment, mental health resilience, and workplace behaviours for inclusivity. Also a qualified wellbeing practitioner, Sarwat has advised government in policy and cohesion, and guided City Hall on Mental Health practice across London's working and social communities.

She has advised at high level in conflict resolution linguistics and lexicon for coalitions and governmental departments, and sits on the Archbishop of Canterbury’s  national interfaith and none social cohesion, faith advisory board.
