Keith Leslie is currently Chair of Samaritans in UK & Ireland, Chair of Mental Health At Work CIC, a trustee at St Martin's-in-the-Fields and St Paul's Cathedral and a Fellow of Windsor Leadership.
His book 'A Question Of Leadership - leading organisational change in times of crisis' was published by Bloomsbury in 2021. Keith was a partner at McKinsey then at Deloitte during a 25-year career in management consulting, when he specialised in working with Government and the energy industry on the challenges of leading major change.
He is a regular speaker at conferences, executive away days and charity events - usually speaking on his passions of mental health, leading change in organisations and the personal challenges of being an effective and caring leader.
Prior to his current roles, Keith has chaired a series of charities - BuildAfrica and the Mental Health Foundation and is the author of numerous published articles on leadership.
