I have more than 5 decades lived experience with epilepsy, and for the last 16 years I have used my experience as a composer and singer/songwriter to bring the worlds of Music & Epilepsy together which are beneficial in a multitude of ways.

As someone who lives with a hidden disability I have experienced stigma and discrimination in the workplace. Equally I have a great deal of firsthand experience of mental health issues and have learned various coping mechanisms for this over the years.

I am passionate about sharing my experience in all of these areas with others, in the hope of not only education, but helping those with similar experiences know that they are not alone.
