Jack Ellis

Jack was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 36 with a life of extreme ups and desperate downs laid out before then.

He is an open book and shares all from the struggle of growing up ‘different’ and the damage caused with moments of humour and of course some sad points.

All with the aim of raising awareness, speaking up for those who don’t find it easy and smashing taboos left, right and centre!
