Jess Robson is the founder of two impactful community-led initiatives rooted entirely in her own lived experience.


Run Talk Run is a global mental health running community with 100+ weekly runs and 200+ volunteers spanning Southampton to Seattle to Schaffhausen - bringing people together through movement and conversation.


What Comes Next is a CIC supporting women rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, providing peer community, grants, and scalable support for the chapter after crisis care ends.


A domestic abuse survivor herself, Jess speaks with honesty, warmth and authenticity on mental health, community building, resilience, and life after adversity. With nine years of public speaking experience, she has addressed audiences across wildly different rooms - from Wates Construction and Aldermore Bank to The National Running Show - and brings the same ability to connect, engage and inspire wherever she goes.
