I speak from the heart about how I’ve learnt to live successfully with bipolar disorder, and how I’ve overcome drink and drug addiction.

I speak about the journey I’ve been on with the intention to help others suffering from similar conditions.

The more I speak about my story, the less stigma there is. I feel it’s my main passion to try and improve understanding and awareness.

As I speak from lived experience, people are able to connect with what I’m saying, and also what I say is the truth and straight from the heart.
