Liz Rotherham is the founder and CEO of the charity 'Heads2Minds' which offers mental health and wellbeing training, mentoring, coaching, mindfulness, meditation, holistic therapies and support for everyone with regards to their overall health & wellbeing.
Liz is a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, psychotherapist, re-alignment coach, shaman practitioner and national trainer in mental health first aid and other wellbeing training.
Liz is an energetic person with an absolute passion for what she does and in helping others, Liz has lived experience with mental illness so truly understand the thoughts and feelings as well as the impact mental health has on peoples’ lives.
Liz sought to understand the mind and become qualified to help herself and as many other people as possible to break free of stigma, pain, and despair, so people facing challenges can live their best lives happily and healthily. Liz currently works as a consultant with the NHS Essex Partnership Trust as a governor, patient safety partner, local schools, universities, and corporates.
Liz works with schools to help the younger generation as truly believes if we educate the young to be emotionally intelligent we could remove mental health stigma, prevent mental health conditions manifesting further, and create a new generation able to recognise when help is needed for themselves and/or those around them, and how to seek it.
