Louise Parker is a broadcaster, speaker and storyteller known for her warm, honest and empowering approach to mental health, resilience, career change and confidence.
She blends empathy with straight-talk, encouraging people to trust themselves, ask for what they want and take brave steps forward, even when things feel uncertain.
After more than a decade running a successful international six-figure creative business, teaching interior design in Chelsea and speaking as an expert at the Ideal Home Show, Louise chose to start again in her 30s. She retrained in radio and went on to secure a role with the BBC, where she now creates and presents broadcast-ready content rooted in real stories and genuine connection.
Louise is also the creator and host of the internationally listened-to podcast 13 Reasons To Try, which explores courage, reinvention and navigating life’s turning points with honesty and humour.
