Specialisms: Neurodivergent, Entrepreneurship
I am a multiple business founder and do-er. I excel at starting things and seeing solutions.
I'm a huge fan of old-school pen and paper to map out ideas and opportunities and need excessive movement to help me think!
People are my thing. I'm intrigued, fascinated and always surprised by the people I'm lucky enough to work with.
Once over, it was teaching small people in the classroom. I loved that. But for the last 17 years, my focus has been on mentoring and guiding grown-ups running their own small businesses.
As I continually navigate my understanding of my own diagnosed neurodivergences (Adhd, Autism and Dyspraxia), I get to keep learning and play to my strengths; creating work cultures, communities and safe spaces which are inclusive by design.
I really, really don't do 'ticky-box'.
Society expects us to confirm. To perform based on neuronormative rules and expectations.
And if, through no fault of our own, we can't - well, what then?
"Just Try Harder. Concentrate more. Sit still. Look at me when I'm talking to you."
