My name is Ollie (He/Him). I am a mental health & spiritual wellbeing professional, specialising in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people.
I have first hand experience of mental illness, I am diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (now known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, both of which have been stabilised with the support of medication and appropriate therapies. I am committed to ending the stigma attached to mental illness.

I am a recovering addict (alcohol) and in 2024 I certified as a UK SMART Recovery Group Facilitator. I am Autistic, Transgender, and Queer.
I am disabled and have Functional Neurological Disorder (I use mobility aids) and Type 1 Diabetes. I run the "Ollie Âû: Wellness, Whimsy & Wonder" Facebook page.
