Remie Colledge (she/her) is an Autistic Speaker, Trainer, and Writer who specialises in neurodivergent wellbeing, navigating employment with a neurodivergent mind and inclusive practice.
Drawing on her lived experience of recovery from anorexia and depression from an early age, Remie brings both insight and impact to every talk she delivers. The catalyst of change within her recovery came aged 26, when she discovered she was autistic. Remie’s journey since has shaped the reflective, compassionate and neuroaffirmative approach she’s known for today.
Remie has professional experience as an Autistic Peer Support Worker and trainer for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism programme working in the NHS. She also has a varied background in the field of co-production.
She has spoken in educational, healthcare (including NHS and private), corporate and conference settings, sharing thought-provoking content that plants seeds, sparks curiosity and inspires hope.
Remie is a changemaker that facilitates safe, collaborative spaces, where audiences can reflect and explore new ideas and perspectives.
Remie tailors every talk, workshop, and keynote to the people in the room, helping organisations create more neuro-inclusive spaces to live, learn, work and belong.
She offers in-person and online talks, keynote speeches, workshops, and interviews. Remie lives in Warwickshire, England, and is happy to travel.
