Sam Warner, an experienced Neurodivergent Communication Specialist, and TEDxSpeaker enhances Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy efficacy for leaders. Sam is a communication problem solver.

Leveraging her lived experience as an Autistic/ADHD woman and 30 years as an employee in various roles and industries, she encourages loyalty, diverse thinking, innovation, and increased retention and profits.

Sam also works with primary, secondary and tertiary educational establishments and has delivered multiple rounds of training to teachers and pupils alike on subjects such as public speaking, personal development, neurodiversity and careers.

Since 2008, Sam has delivered impactful keynotes, training, and coaching for clients such as Nokia, Ocado, The Royal Ballet School, Welsh Water and the NHS, leaving audiences with engaging memories and inspiration.
