Specialisms: LGBTQ+, being trans, disability, blindness, intersectionality, leadership, adoption and faith
I am a totally blind trans woman who loves breaking down barriers for disabled and LGBTQ+ people through open, honest and authentic conversation and training.
I have over 20 years experience of working within the public sector, particularly in higher education. I have previously provided training and keynote talks for organisations such as Guide Dogs, Breast Cancer Now, Stephenson-Harwood, RPC, the Law Society and Oxford University.
I pride myself on being able to deal with often sensitive and difficult topics in a way that truly engages the audience and blends my rich personal and professional experience with warmth, empathy and humour.
I love getting in front of people and sharing some of the humanity behind the headlines of what it means to be disabled and LGBTQ+ and I'd love to be able to have the opportunity to speak at your organisation or event.
