Toni Horn FRSA is a globally recognised neurodiversity consultant, keynote speaker, author, and founder of NeuroEmpower CIC. She works across workplaces, education, and community settings to help organisations move beyond awareness and build genuinely inclusive, kind, and high-performing environments.


Diagnosed with dyslexia as a teenager and later with ADHD and autism in adulthood, Toni combines lived experience with professional expertise. She delivers CPD-accredited training, inclusive leadership programmes, workplace needs assessments, and coaching, supporting neurodivergent individuals and the leaders who work alongside them.


Toni has delivered keynotes and training internationally, speaking to leaders, HR teams, educators, parents, and ERGs on topics including neurodiversity at work, wellbeing and burnout, kindness and culture, inclusive leadership, and late diagnosis. Her work is practical, strengths-based, and grounded in real-world application.


She is co-author of Blueprint: From Start to Success – The Essential Guide to a Thriving Employee Resource Group, host of the NeuroWomen Natter podcast, and an inclusive children’s book author. Toni is known for her honest, engaging storytelling and her ability to translate complex topics into meaningful, actionable change.
