Join in for a full day of talks, panels and workshops, where pressing topics will be addressed including financial wellbeing, mindful drinking, sleep, neurodiversity, wellbeing in the workplace, suicide prevention and so much more.

MentalK is Back
MentalK is an open conversation around male mental health and suicide prevention, with inspirational men from the music and mental health world- each with stories to tell and experiences to share.
The panel will be hosted by Jon Salmon, Co-CEO of Speakers Collective alongside Matthew Dicks, Andy Blackett, Will Blake, and George Tatak.
