Her work is shaped by lived experience of navigating the personal and systemic barriers that sit between people and leadership. Louise has seen first-hand how unspoken workplace norms, bias and endurance-based cultures can quietly erode confidence, visibility and wellbeing and how poor leadership can have a deeply destabilising impact on individuals and teams. She now works with leaders, HR and DE&I teams to rethink how leadership is developed. Rather than focusing on “fixing” individuals, Louise helps organisations understand how their systems, expectations and everyday behaviours shape who is seen, heard and able to progress. Her work creates safer spaces for reflection, feedback and honest conversation, helping leaders understand the human impact of leadership behaviour, and how to take small, meaningful actions that create healthier, more inclusive environments. At the heart of Louise’s work is a belief that better systems are built when people are listened to properly and that inclusive leadership is not about asking people to adapt to outdated structures, but about changing the structures themselves for both people and businesses to thrive. info@speakerscollective.org BOOK A SPEAKER OR GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE INFORMATION Submit Thanks for your speaker request and we will be in touch soon.

Suicide is not the answer and it never will be. Bethan is also passionate about supporting patients that arrive in hospitals for psychiatric admissions. After spending four years of her life in and out of hospitals and psychiatric facilities, Bethan knows just how traumatic and life altering every admission can be. Bethan created Bags of Hope in 2023 in order to provide patients arriving in hospital for psychiatric admission with the essentials, such as, body wash, wipes, socks and pants.
