We're heading to Brighton and you're invited! Speakers Collective Southern Summit 2025 is coming back to Projects The Lanes on Monday 16th June and we’re offering a limited number of free tickets for non-members too!

This is your chance to find out what we’re all about: real stories, meaningful conversations, and practical tools for people who want to speak up and make a difference.


Whether you’re already part of our community or just curious about lived experience speaking, join us for a powerful and inclusive afternoon of talks, workshops, and networking all held in the beautiful, socially-conscious space at Projects, in Brighton.


What to Expect:

🎤 Speaker tips from experts Matthew Matheson, a seasoned coach who helps people speak with confidence when it matters most.

📸 Workshops like Kim Slade’s session on camera confidence and how to create great videos on your phone.

💫 Breathwork and movement with Rena Zen to help you stay grounded and energised.

🌍 Keynote by Miguel Ángel Amortegui Salamanca, global photographer, filmmaker and social changemaker.

🌟 Showcases from inspiring lived experience speakers throughout the day including Hansa Raja, Mo Kanjilal, Anita Guru, Charlie Hart, Lucy Hobbs and Amelie Abass

🫱 Networking breaks with a welcoming, supportive crowd.


We’re proud to keep this event free and open to all, especially for those advocating for mental health, social justice, and lived experience inclusion.


🕐 Summit Schedule:

11:00 AM – Early arrival & informal meet-up

12:00 PM – Welcome & ice-breakers

12:20 PM – Talks, workshops, and showcases through the afternoon

4:30 PM – Close

5:00–7:00 PM – Optional relaxed social at Shelter Hall by the sea
