Ben is passionate about work-life balance and the relationship between mental health and the workplace following a breakdown in 2014/15 when in a senior role in one of the world's leading professional services organisations.
He is training to become a psychotherapist, doing a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Ben has over twenty years’ experience of communications roles in global businesses, having worked with a wide range of iconic UK and international organisations, including within the NHS. He also speaks and blogs regularly on mental health issues, including lecturing at Liverpool John Moores University and regularly produces mental health-related content and consultancy advice for a number of organisations.
He was born in Liverpool and is proud of his Irish heritage. He lives in Merseyside with his wife and daughter.
